<p>These clamp saddles fit Bessey, Gross Stabil, and Jet parallel clamps. They may fit other makes but I have not verified. My intent was to provide reference points for flat panel glue-ups and provide clearance to scrape glue while still in the clamps at the optimal time. Using these saddles, I have been able to verify panel flatness within 0.004" (0.1 mm) using feeler gages before the glue has set and one can actually do something about it. The additional clearance (10 mm) between the clamp bar and the workpiece permits use of a Benchcrafted glue scraper. This works fine with PLA with two walls and 2 layers top and bottom.</p>
