After a while i have found a simpler and easier design to work with opload will come later old post below I have designed and tested a clamping system for a k8200 / 3drag printer my design is base on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:424674 you can download the technical drawings and the inventor file in downloads READ THE INSTRUCTIONS Instructions use perimeter shell of 3 or more so there is no solid infill in the curve this allows the clamp to bend easier
