A single-piece design offers snap-together simplicity; the tighter the stud, the firmer the block's grip on the rail. Eliminating moving parts like snaps, swivels, hinges, and cams increases ChampLock's durability and longevity, reducing waste from worn or broken pieces. Its straightforward structure requires only one part for printing, ensuring optimal strength through interlocking design. Easy installation demands no tools, allowing for quick assembly in tight spaces. The monoblock structure is highly resilient, withstanding abuse and boasting a long service life. When the stud bolt is secured, friction between the closed and open sides of the block increases due to snug contact with the rail. Additional texturing may enhance this friction, but NASA's expertise likely excels ours. Two sets are available for download - one featuring holes and the other a slot-only design. The latter is believed to be even stronger due to its uniform surface area, yet both present remarkable reliability.
