To enhance my laser-cut wooden printer's bar clamps over Prusa design, I redesigned these parts as a replacement. Revisions include reducing nut trap slop from .5 to .25. For assembly, insert M3 nylock nuts into nut traps, then add components - M8 nut, M8 washer, clamp bottom, M8 washer, and final M8 nut - onto the threaded rod. Position smooth rods and clamp tops with M3 socket screws, tightening them just enough to hold but not restrict movement. Fine-tune positioning using M8 nuts, securing them tightly. The M8 nuts and washers are crucial for fine positioning.
