Retired to the vocational educational world last month. Needed a way to keep my students in the game. Having homeschooled our kids, we decided to come up with a 3D printed version of "The Happy Face Token System." We credit that self-same system for being the precise reason why our kids - as well as students - are becoming over-achievers. Roman numerals added a classic, symmetrical, educational flare to the mintage. Also added three holes to allow them to be strung together. Note: Rewards should be based upon student requests. Be sure to reward competition, as well as participation. Be generous to contest winners - superior efforts, merit superior rewards.
