This is a hook to hang multiple clothes hangers on a towel hanger. I have been using this to dry my sports clothes over an air vent. It was created using tinkercad but I will eventually turn this into an openSCAD model to make it customizable. If the center of the rod of your towel hanger is ~2.5 inches from the wall, it should work fine.
