This is a trainingsboard for rockclimbers. I designed a smaller version of a hangboard that can be printed on a small printer (220x220). It consists out of a four finger grip, a two finger grip and a one finger grip. On top of the board is a larger grip. It can be mounted with seven plywood screws onto a wooden beam.
