Climbing Rock Rings - Training Aid

Climbing Rock Rings - Training Aid

thingiverse

Climbing trainings aids that provide a lot of interesting grips if you grab them straight on, on the reverse side, on their edges, upside own, tilted over, above your head or any which way you fancy. Mine have 2" wide band of floor grip tape on them. It's a bit too rough but it's fine. A coat of acrylic paint may take the bite off the grip, I may try that on a test piece first. Are they strong enough to hang off? They feel okay to me but your mileage may vary. I'd certainly not recommend using ANY 3D printed climbing aid/hold in a way that a failure would give you an unpleasant ground impact. Take care peeps! I'm using DMM 6mm accessory cord as that's what I had on hand and is super good enough for my needs.
