The efficiency of my floor heating system was on my mind, and I thought measuring the recirculation temperature would be a good place to start. With a raspberry pi and the DS18B20 sensor, I had all the tools I needed, but attaching it to the tubes with tape just wasn't going to cut it. So I decided to design a little clip that would keep the sensor in place while also pressing it firmly against the tube. You can see this solution in the attached picture. I chose PETG for printing because the tubes only reach temperatures of up to 50 degrees Celsius.
