I lost clips that came with my Aluminum Extrusion that holds LED strip, so I created my own. These will fit 13mm wide LED strip holder and will snap in place. Included two versions one without hole (tested) and one with hole (untested). Unless you have very good 3D printer, rotate model 90 degrees on X: axes so it's standing up. This will help to eliminate bridges at the end of clip. Print with ABS (in case LED fixture gets hot) and high fill, low layer height (0.2mm) I couldn't print one with the hole due to my printer limitation so I drilled it later with 11/64 drill bit and then used countersink bit to make hole that hides screw head. I never printed version with hole, it might be too small for mounting screws... Let me know if you have any questions. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rework Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 80 Notes: Turn model 90 degrees on X. Tip: Print 2 or more at the time and place a little distance from each other (since parts are so small it will give time for layers to solidify for crispier print). Post-Printing Drill holes and countersink For wood screws I used I drilled holes with 11/64 bit and then used countersink bit on top, so screw's head can be flush with surface.
