LED replacement tubes for 8 ft fluorescent bulbs tend to sag in the middle. There are metal clips available to hold them up in the middle so they don't get loose and fall out of the fixture. This is a clip to hold the tube in the middle without needing to buy the metal clip. I have no idea if it will fit any other brands of LED replacement tubes other than the ones I have or not. Mine are T8 size so I am guessing it will be pretty close at least.
