Clip on Comfort Strip for Visor
thingiverse
This clip-on strip presents a smooth surface to the forehead of anyone wearing a Vekstan style visor frame. It can also be printed as an offstand to push the visor away from the face, allowing room for goggles or XL masks. It may also provide a surface for adding a foam strip if you don't want to wear a sweatband like they did in the 70s. The openSCAD script allows you to change parameters to fit your prints or give good enough tolerance to fit any frame. Instructions are included in the .scad file. STLs are available for an open-frame visor with 0.8mm (4 layers at 0.2mm) or 20mm offset.
