I adapted the nice 40mm Noctua clip on cover by user "almost2blank" to work with my 80mm Noctua fan (model NF-A8 PWM). The cover snaps in but does not completely hook in, it's only held on with friction, which does however work fine so far (fan vibration didn't rattle it loose yet) You can clip the cover onto the fan with the clips on top and bottom or right and left - they work both ways.
