Clip pipe fully parametric
thingiverse
This is a fully customizable clip with minimal parameters using Openscad. Parameters are: // Description parameter Pipe_Outer_dia = 20; // Corresponds to internal diameter of the clip Clip_Thickness = 5; // Thickness of the clip Clip_Lock_Angle = 50; // Angle from plane to diameter of the inner circle (0 to 90 degrees for a closed clip) Clip_Back_Length = 5; // Length of the straight section on top of external diameter Clip_Height = 15; // Height of the clip Pad_Width = 15; // Width of the pad Pad_Length = 10; // Depth of the pad Pad_Height = 12; // Height of the pad Number_Hole = 1; // Number of fastening holes Hole_Dia = 5; // Diameter of the hole Hole_Countersunk_Dia = 10; // Maximum diameter of the countersink - set to 0 for no countersink Countersunk_Angle = 120; // Angle of the countersink, usually 90 or 120 degrees Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 - 0.4 Infill: 20 - 80% Notes: Adapt the infill to the size of the clip; small clips close to 0%, big/thick clips more close to 20%. How I Designed This: To adapt to your needs, simply modify the parameters. Play with the parameters, preview the result, and when it's okay, just create the STL file and print.
