The Makerbot Replicator's side panels can be securely installed with Side Panel Clips from Etrohn (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23636). These clips were successfully printed using 0 shells and .2mm layer build on a Makerbot Replicator. Once printed, the 4 pieces can be easily separated and cleaned up for installation.
