I have 2 of these to keep my scouring pad strips (used as a filter) over the holes of my sprouter trays. That's the small ones. I can imagine these might also being used as a bag closer, maybe shrunk down for bread bags, or clipped over the folded ends of something like a dog-food bag (for the large clip). The photo is the small clip, printed in black ABS.
