clips/end caps for 1inch aluminum angle

This kind of aluminum angle is common and avaliable from big home improvement stores. These are clips and end caps I built for some under counter lighting using cheap 1w "star" LEDs from ebay. but they might be useful for other things made with aluminum angle extusion. Instructions The end caps are in pairs, this STL has 8 of them. if requested, ill upload a single pair the clips slide over the angle and let you attach it to something with screws or bolts. I printed (makerbot replicator) with 1 additional shell and only 5% infill, and ABS. just print and use. note the clips in the photo had a bit of lifting because i had a bit of a draft in my house because my cabinet doors arrived while i was printing! they will still work fine, ill add another photo when the next batch is done. If anyone is interested the stars are held to the aluminum with sekisui thermal tape. the one bar i am testing looks great for heat transfer, and i dont have to drill zillions of holes. just for fun i uploaded a FLIR image of it in action. (taken with LEDs at max power after 1 hour) nice heat spreading by the thermal tape and aluminum! The project is a modified version of this instructable.http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-LED-Under-Counter-Lighting-that-ROCKS/
