Clonetrooper armor and helmet (Star Wars)

If you make this armor, please post your make here, I would very much like to see some pictures.* --- Realistic screen accurate clonetrooper armor as seen in Star Wars Episode II and III. This armor is approvable by Rebel Legion (non-profit Star Wars costuming group). You will need about 6 kg of filament to print this armor. I recommend PETG or ABS to avoid warping of printed parts in hot weather or during transport in hot car. 2 perimeters and 10% infill should be enough, you can do more but bear in mind that ammount of filament needed will grow significantly at this volume. Armor is 5 mm thick and fitted for skinny / average body build around 180 cm tall. You will most probably need to adjust size of some parts. I'm 190 cm tall skinny and most parts fit me at 110% size, except for forearms which are long enough so I only widened them to 110% in X and Y to put my arms through. The same follows for lower legs. Thighs are similarly 105% in X and Y. Measure your body carefully and print test slices to see if the it fits you before printing the whole part. Helmet is split into 2 parts, otherwise it would be impossible to put it on. The back piece can be attached by elastic and/or magnets. Bigger hole would allow the helmet to be in one piece, but then it wouldn't be movie accurate. (Unfortunately all the Clonetroopers were CGI, so there were no ergonomics in mind for this design.) Abdomen armor is split to 4 parts, you need to glue them together but leave one side (left or right) open so you can put it on. It can be held together by snaps or elastic straps. Belt boxes are held together by several layers of 3mm sheet PVC (sintra). I will post photos as soon as I can, but I'm sure experienced makers will find out how to construct the belt themseves. Same goes for the shoulder straps, you can make them by laying-over 2 layers of 3 mm sintra one one full, one with cutouts resembling ladder. Search internet for images... Also I know there are missing creases on cod piece and on the back of heels but I wasn't able to put them into the model, since I was upscaling it from game files and not modeling it from scratch, if someone is able to do it, hit me up in comments and I'll update it. Either way, you can carve them into printed parts using rotary tool or small needle files. Do NOT sell this model... EVER, you can charge for work (and materials of course) if you are making it for someone else but the model itself must be free!
