Closet Maid Close Mesh Wire Shelving Label Clip

thingiverse

Closet Maid "Close Mesh" wire shelving is typically used in pantries and kitchen cabinets. This model creates a label holder that can be clipped directly onto the front of the shelving to help keep things organized. It is designed to accept a label generated on a Brother label maker using typical 12 mm wide tape. The Customizer allows the user to modify the size of the clip and the height of the label tape, if desired. The clips that snap onto the shelf wires are set to be spaced out to the maximum allowable spacing that still ensures the entire clip is behind the label. The "Closet Mesh" wire spacing of 0.63"/16 mm is maintained automatically so the user can specify any label width. Note that too small of a label (i.e., one that isn't wide enough to span the full 16 mm wire spacing) will probably give some weird error and there is not protection built into the OpenSCAD file, so user beware. Please let me know if you find an error or a way to break it. :-)
