I have designed a simple screwable line tensioner. It consists of two parts.

LineTensioner_Hook: designed with opening to be hung on the wall.
LineTensioner_Thread: is screwed into LineTensioner_Hook. A hole allows to pass and to knot the line to be tensioned.

I know that the threads are not printed in the optimal orientation, but I for intended purpose, it should be sufficient.

Print instructions

Material: ABS or PETG

Layer height: 0,2 mm or less (for the threads)

Perimeters: 5

Infill: 20-40% Honeycomb (personal preference)

Supports: yes on build plate for LineTensioner_Hook

Temperature: maybe a bit higher than usual, to increase layer bonding

one Line Tensioner needs about 2 hours to print

I printed the model in abs on a voron and prusament petg on a MK3S and it works fine
