Clutch Pedal Pad

Push in the clutch, turn the ignition... and nothing happens. This is what happened to my 1998 Toyota corolla manual transmission. After testing the battery and the starter I finally figured out through a friend that I needed to hit my clutch pedal position sensor every time I start up the car. When I took a look under my dash I noticed every time I would push the clutch in the clutch pedal position sensor would go through a hole on my clutch pedal. It wouldn't depress so it wouldn't be activated. So I figured out I needed a clutch pedal position pad. Here is the final product. It's a pretty snug fit but that is how I wanted it, so it wouldn't move I used PLA, however, I will change it to ABS because I live in a warm climate and I want it last through high heat. #clutchpedalpad #manualtransmission
