CMOS NAND-Gate Transistor Model

CMOS NAND-Gate Transistor Model

myminifactory

Have you ever wondered what a processor looks like from the inside? If you have ever worked with the topic, you know that a digital circuit is built from small building blocks, so-called "gates". To make design of large digital chips easier, these gates are provided as standardized cells, which can be placed on the chip to make up the desired circuit. This is a model of the favorite gate in modern CMOS-technology: the NAND or inverted AND gate. Read more about the technology behind it on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAND_gate. This page also has the physical layout based on which I designed this model. If you have any issues with the model or need adjustments for you printer, let me know!
