A simple mount to directly replace the original USB-port of the CMStorm Quickfire Rapid-i with a USB-C one. The two parts and the USB-Breakout-Board are simply glued together with superglue, I additionally secured the cables with some hot glue. #### Parts used: * Simple 4-pin USB-C breakout (the one I used on [AliExpress](https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005001446500637.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dAuZHzp)) * 5-pin PH 2mm connector (on [AliExpress](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001235017139.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dAuZHzp), the 200mm version) The fifth pin on the connector is used for the cable-shielding on the original setup. For me everything works fine without it, so I removed the fifth cable from the PH-connector. The pinout of the **original** cable follows the standard USB colorcode: * red is positive * black is ground * green is data + * white is data - Just wire the replacement accordingly. **I rearranged the cables on my pictures, please be careful!**
