I am using 2080 T-SLOT as a bed for my CNC, this clip presses into the extrusion and is then bolted to the supporting 2020 cross member using 8mm M4 bolts and [T-Nut M4 for 20 extrusion slot 5](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2852669) You could increase the thickness of the base and change the hole size to use standard M5 fasteners, its easy to customise for 2040 or 2060 extrusions. You may need to modify the DXF file to match your extrusion.
