Thanks for stopping by. Here is a 5055 motor mount for chinese 3020 cnc machine. You could use a shaft from your old motor, see some pictures at the end but i would advice getting a long 8mm stainless steel rod, then cutting out notches for some c-clips or getting a spare 300w motor, in UK they are around £20. What you need : Motor shaft : 8mm, length - depends on your needs, I used shaft from 300w motor which came with a machine. Calculate shaft needed for you with this : er11 motor shaft holder/extension ( measure yours ) + 54mm mount + your motor length ( 55mm ) +10mm spare would be good if a fan needs to be attached. Bearings : 2 x 608 ( skateboard bearings ) Some c-clips Bolts : 4 x m4x60mm bolts to attach motor to plastic mount. And well, all the electronics to control your motor. I use VESC4.12 through Bluetooth. This is work in progress and some things might change. Please bear in mind that this is for experimenting so no hard feelings if anything goes wrong.
