CNC 3020 dust collector for 55 mm spindle

Dust collector for Chinese CNC 3020 router equipped with a 55mm spindle. Frame with mounting rails (blue part in render) is permanently attached to z-axis ramp using four M3 screws. I had to drill and thread two new holes in the top plate of spindle ramp. Mounting, removal and height adjustment of collector part is collision-free. Clamps and adjustment screws knobs have M3 nuts inserted (after 3D printing). The transparent cover was cut from 2mm plexiglass. FreeCad version 0.20 editable model is attached. It contains also simplifed model of z-axis and spindle motor I used for modeling reference. Collector "brush" is also 3D printed using soft, flexible filament.
