CNC 3020 Router Clamp (Slot Clamp)

CNC 3020 Router Clamp (Slot Clamp)

thingiverse

This is a clamp that sits in the slots of a CNC 3020T desktop CNC router. I designed it to hold flat pieces of material such as PCBs and thin pieces of wood, but it can be remixed to extend the height for all sorts of devices. Using several of these provides a good amount of clamping pressure. It slides in relatively tightly but it will actually lock in place with friction. This can be done with one set of screws at the back that will tilt the clamp in the channel and lock it at the base, or with several screws on the front and back which will lock both material and the clamp to the surface of the bed.
