I loved the concept of Golo and the nuts to screw and secure things, way superior and long-lasting than screwing directly into plastic. As I wanted a higher capacity for my machine, I reengineered the X supports. I now have 10cm under the Z carriage. Obviously, it can depend on your machine and the spindle used, ... I suspect it may impact solidity somehow? Use at your own discretion.
