This is a holder for the GraphTec CB09 style drag-knives, that fits in a 1/4" CNC router/spindle collet. This style of drag-knives are available cheaply on Amazon and elsewhere, for around $15 including multiple blades. I suggest printing in PETG (so it's not brittle) using all perimeters (so it's solid .. I set 30 perims, which is more than needed) The drag-knife should be a push-fit into the holder, and the holder can then just be clamped into the 1/4" collet, just like any router bit.
