CNC Hold Down Clamp

CNC Hold Down Clamp

thingiverse

I cut these clamps out of aluminum years ago, and have cut and printed a bunch of hold downs and clamps, but use the Aluminum ones 90% of the time, so I thought Id make an STL and a DXF for anyone that wanted their own. The dxfs have two holes in each end, one if you want a 5mm screw to go through and another smaller if you want to tap it. I cut the slots first inside the lines, then screwed them down though the holes, and finished the perimeters of them with a 1/8 one flute up-cut carbide cheap bit on the lines. You can cut it with your X Carve with this project https://easel.inventables.com/projects/vcoVCcERF9RT3rfIHe15Iw
