I assembled my CNC but encountered various issues that need addressing. The primary concerns involve insufficient clearances and poor mechanical strength in the plastic components. To rectify these problems, I plan to redesign the entire structure. My revised design will incorporate adjustable wheels and commercial-grade aluminum rails for enhanced stability. I used 6mm wood trimmer as a substitute for some parts due to time constraints; however, all necessary nuts and screws are included. If anyone has improved upon this model, please share your updates with me.
