This approach employs an AL profile for cost reduction, utilizing a 40-80mm AL frame and two side boards. Hiwin HGH 25 rails are incorporated, along with SFU25.AL ball bearings. Compatible profiles like EF4590 may also be used. A circular tube inside the profile allows for easy bracket threading to install motors, further reinforcing the frame. CNC parts offer enhanced accuracy, primarily through hole placement. Designs are created using Solidworks 2018 software.
