Overview - CNC MACHINE clamping jig - this system requires no handle. Handles take up valuable table space. This rotating cam sits flush with your material(s) so the router can pass over easily. additional Stop Blocks allow your material to be secured even tighter. Purpose - This clamp is designed to hold material to a cnc table. It requires that the table have dog holes 20mm in dia. note: I drilled 19mm holes in my spoil board to accomodate the clamp. I had to sand the hole a little to allow the plug to fit but it sure is a tight fit.. 20mm might be a better option. Video is here - https://youtu.be/8_wg2ZIXeoo How to use the device - Use a 10mm alan key wrench to rotate the cam plug into position. You can use the cam plug alone or in conjunction with the additonal block for more leverage. Additional NOTES: 1. I reccomend drilling a test hole first in a scrape piece of material to test for optimal fit. 2. I added the extra stop block (with hole) for those wanting to push a metal pipe into place as a replacement for the plastic plug. 3. I printed these with PLA+ on an Ender 3 v2 @ 30% infill provides plenty of strength. Tip: Check out V1engineering.com They have a free build of a MPCNC called a "LowRider" machine. It's a fun affordable project for those wanting to try their hand at creating a budget entry level CNC machine. The crew in the forum are a great bunch willng to lend a hand. note: I'll upload a short video shortly on how to use the system. Hope this helps Banksy
