A older project and the design will be udated to suit the Challange Coanda Vertical Lift Transportation Vehicule with AUGDP surface. A ZERO EMISION hydrogen Pulse Detonation Turbine will be used to Power the Coaxial Rotors on the Roof and a Hydrogen Fuel Cell will power the Electromagnetic Levitation Propulsio Drive Wheels. A Vertex / Cyclon stream will be generated by the tilted spinning wheels well during flight. The aerodynamic Coanda effect and a Electro-AeroDynamics Surface ( (One Atmosphere Glow Discharge Plasma) will be used to control dynamically the boundary layer flow and the drag of the air flow from theCoaxial Rotors around the Coanda effect hull and increase the the lift. The Wheels are 135/20 on 30" Rims
