we built these in the 70's. Dad would bring home worn out ball bearings from the Power Plant during rebuilds. We'd attach them to two by fours, assemble our coaster, and ALWAYS upholster the seat with SHAG CARPETING!. Steer with your feet down hill on concrete sidewalks.. Sparks fly, no control, no brakes, and neighbors get angry at you!
