Coat and Backpack Hook - smaller

This is a scaled down hook based on [thing:1727029](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1727029) by [Isaac Williams](https://www.thingiverse.com/firstlayerdesign/designs). The original hook was too big for my liking but I didn't want to scale the screw holes too. So I've recreated it from scratch. The hook provided as STL here has 110mm overall height, a hole diameter of 3mm, a hole bore diameter of 6mm, and 4mm of "meat" for the screw. You can head over to Onshape and adjust this hook to your liking. Through the configuration options in the top left you can adjust the overall height as well as hole diameter and hole bore diameter.
