This is an easy access Coax wall box outlet which can accommodate SO239 AND N-type Socket Panel Mount or N-Type Bulkhead Socket made for attaching radio antennas. INTENDED APPLICATION IS SHOWN HERE http://g1ybb.uk/custom-coax-connector-exterior-wall-mount-box/ It has been designed so that it requires NO Support during printing. It consists of 4 parts in ABS printed using an Ultimaker 2 with default ABS settings 260° C and heated bed at 90°C. The parts were printed without a raft or brim using CubeStick for 2nd Gen printer. The parts were cemented together using PVC Cement which welds the ABS ensuring the parts become one. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 100% Notes: I used Cube glue stick which worked well to keep part from warping or coming adrift when printing. Post-Printing Assembly of parts Assembly is done using PVC cement. some part fitting may be required depending on the printer used but shouldnt be more than a rub with a file. the two parts of the wall plate are aligned using some filament (2.85mm) as register pins. The cover rim fits into the recess on the cover. Adjust the lock piece in the lid to suit .
