COB LED bracket for stock intel heatsink

This allows COB LED mounting to a stock intel 115x heatsink. This mount is only compatible with the smart driver version of COB LEDs. I made this as I had extra stock intel heatsinks laying around from PC builds, and figured maybe other people do as well and would like to use them for something. I sanded the copper disc down so that it was flush with the aluminum, to allow more contact area and greater heat dissipation. Remember thermal paste :) There are entry holes for wiring to AC. You will need a small AC -> 12v DC converter for the fan power supply. The one I used was 1.25a, which is enough for multiple fans.
