Designed for Cochlear Nucleus 7 devices to wear them off the ear (DIY kanso!). Probably won't work super well if your magnet already likes to fall off. Not sure if this design will fit other models/brands, but the fit on this is relatively loose and I'd be happy to give the Fusion360 file to anyone who wants to mess around with it.
