Cocktail Shot Layering Tool - The White One

Like a lot of people, I like shots - especially the layered ones. There's nothing quite like a squashed frog :) However, using the old 'pour the second drink off a spoon' trick always seemed to mix them down one side etc. A couple of years ago I came up with an idea for a tool that would solve that. After buying the bits (and losing a couple of them) the idea fell by the wayside and didn't get made. I revisited this recently, and after learning a little bit more about 3D modelling, came up with this little beauty...... The White One. So called because of the colour - the reason will become obvious with my next model ;-) Sit it in the glass, pour your first drink in up to the platform level through the larger side at the top. Pour your second drink in the smaller side, which will come out on the platform and layer nicely. Remove carefully (so as not to destroy your hard work), savour visually, then quaff. Obviously printing at different heights will accommodate different sized glasses (though this one fits most of my different ones) and printing a couple at different heights would allow for 3-drink mixes. Have fun! (Responsibly!) (Sorry about the bad pictures and rough print - it was very late when printed fast, and I took the pictures in a bit of a hurry today, hence why I also disturbed the layer on the last image.)
