As with many Keurig models, using a normal sized coffee mug allows for coffee to splash on the machine as well as the counter. The mug tray has been modified to move the mouth of the mug closer to the coffee drip which will prevent splashing of any kind. I have also created a small magnetic post to store the current tray on the side of the machine.
