Coffee dispenser V2

Coffee dispenser V2

Basically a remix of this thinghttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:722715 Instructions After using a coffee dispenser for a while, I enjoyed the convenience, but always had to rap on the box to jolt the coffee down into the measuring thing. It needed better flow into the measuring cup. Also the capacity was a bit low. I designed and printed an upper box extension. But that didn't cure the flow problems. So, I redesigned it. This Version 2 has mostly vertical walls and a capacity of about 55 tablespoons, for a dozen or so 12-cup pots. Coffee still cannot be positively relied upon to fill the cup every time so I give it a knuckle rap, or jiggle the cup, just to make sure. There's no option to mount this new one directly to a surface. Due to the different shape, the wall mounting bracket from the earlier version is required. That bracket file is included here. The plan is to permanently attached the upper part to the lower with ABS cement. The assembly is about 8 inches tall and 4 inches across. (Printed using Afinia defaults. Medium speed and fill, with rafts, but with thick 0.40mm layers to save time.) Upper cylinder: 79grams, 135 minutes Lid + cup will fit on the Afinia platform: 76 grams, 105 minutes Wall bracket: 40g, 60 min. Main body: 100 minutes, 67 grams if it's oriented as shown, which was most economical for my printer and settings. There's no real good orientation. I had to sand the cup opening a little bit due to layer imperfections. The cup from the first version will work in this one too. The lid was printed as shown in hopes of a smooth exposed top surface, but that didn't pan out... Rather than presenting an attractive curve, the slight hump only enhances horizontal layering. Files are SAE / Imperial. If metric print software imports Lilliputian parts, scale up by a factor of 25.4
