The Good Coffee Roasting Company, the best coffee/bakery in beautiful Polson MT, had a need for a Latte Syrup holder. Most commercial racks don't offset and elevate the rear bottles. In addition, most commercial shelves only hold 6 bottles. There was a need for 8+ bottles, so rather than make an all-in-one unit (which I can't do because of size) I decided to design a modular unit that allows the user to interconnect as many units as possible.
