This will attach above and below the elbow with Velcro elastic bands , there are pegs on the sliders for rubber bands, they will provide counter tension on the shock and help dampen oscillations, various sized rubber bands can be used to tune the damper, the coil-over has an adjustable collar to change tension on the system, working on animating the rubber bands, I will add a video of that when I complete it
