This is a hand driven tool to make air coils with up to 60mm (~2") outer diameter. It can be configured to be used by both, left and right handed people. Two 4mm screwholes give you the opportunity to bolt it down sturdily on a surface. If you put short pieces of wire in the channels of the tooling halves when you do the first layer you can twist and tighten up the finished coil to keep it in shape. The last picture shows the finished and wrapped coil. I think it´s not really necessary to count the windings as long as one puts a bit of effort in the process and fills up the groove every time to the same level. In order to be modifiable I´ve attached the tooling halves in step-format. parts list: 1x supply_bracket 1x lock_left 1x lock_right 1x handle 1x crankshaft 1x tower 2x coiling tool 1x guiding_bracket 2x bolt M5x60 inner hex (closest imperial socket head screw 10/32" x 2 1/4" , IMHO) 2x nut M5 (10/32") 2x ball bearing 16003 (id17 od35 t8)
