Decided to convert those cr2032 battery powered LED strips into USB powered units. Expect an upcoming instructable that will detail the process. This housing should fit any of those coin cell LED strips, as it is a common enclosure I've come across. Printed at 1.5mm layer height for my project; I assume 2mm would also work, but didn't leave much room for tolerance adjustments. Scaling down Z to 96-98% might be necessary if printing at a larger layer height.
