Rapid survey test, undertaken to assess the viability and likely time required to compile a photogrammetric model of the surviving Roman wall fragments in Colchester, Essex, UK. Colchester is amongst the most significant Roman towns in Britain and the walls were constructed following the Boudiccan revolt in AD60. A photogrammetric model would serve multiple purposes from condition reporting to providing public and educational purposes. This fragment was complied from a small number of photographs and is far from complete but serves as a useful demonstrator of the approach.
