A ravaged structure with intricate details and components. Feel free to disassemble each part and utilize them independently. The materials themselves are not provided, though UV mappings have been completed. Check out the preview images for some straightforward renders I executed in Blender Eevee. Each segment of the building (not individual piece) is isolated which means there are 10 distinct entities. (Bricks, Doors, Floor, Frames, Inner, Knobs, Outer, Rails, Walls, Windows) You can still isolate each component by separating loose fragments.
