User Group :My user group is people who make miniature. People who make miniatures have to easily organize their small props while making small products, or they will lose their materials. My secondary user group is students who have problems with organizing their stationary. Students’ tables can easily get unorganized so they can’t find their stuff easily on the table. They need a basket for organizing their stationary easily. Improvements : My design will innovate as it will be a square instead of a rectangle. My design is innovative because it can be a rectangle rather than a square. Also, it can fold into 2D so that if you do not use it, you can easily put the product on the shelf. If you use it, because of the perpendicular bottom, it will stand easily and be stable, so the users who use miniature can easily put miniature in the collapsible basket. My basket will improve dimension, performance, aesthetics, and usability. I will increase the size to 179mm x 179mm as it has to at least hold materials up to 1kg. Also, I will stable the basket by making 2mm thicker for the thickness of individual cups than before. By doing this it can print more precise in the 3D printer. Also, I will widen the flat surface of the individual cups from 2mm to 6mm so it would not fall. I made the joints like a cap so that it makes an axel on the side. So if I force the basket, it does not fall apart because the joints are strong to hold the individual cups. Also, I made 10 individual cups so that the volume would increase inside. I will fillet the edges by 1mm so that people would not get hurt.
