Collapsible Magnetic Paper Towel Holder

The paper towel holder is designed to stick to the fridge to save kitchen space, or it can be mounted under cabinets or on the wall with the metal back-plate. When using the back-plate the raised circles keeps it aligned. Each arm uses a torsion spring to fold flat when not in use. The rubber pads on each arm keep the roll in place when ripping off a towel and lowers noise from the arm closing.
